Hello,
at first glance, four remarks:
[*]I would leave out the pantry. Allocate the space to the utility room (you will need it there) and rather put a storage shelf there. In the kitchen, you can probably fit two tall cabinets, in which you can store almost more than in your 40cm narrow shelves in your pantry.
[*]I miss a proper coat rack (60cm depth).
[*]I don’t like it when the doors have different widths (88cm and 76cm). Our architect also planned a 76cm door in our guest toilet, which we enlarged to 88cm. Often people don’t think about it, hence the note.
[*]In my opinion, your bathroom is too narrow for a good T-solution. Search here in the forum for the L-solution for the bathroom (that’s what we have).
Will there be a sliding door between the hallway and dining area, or will it remain open?
You can put the coat rack in the hallway, right, or what do you mean?
I think if we install a bigger door in the guest toilet, it will get quite tight in terms of space, since it’s already so small, isn’t it?
I’ll have to look for this L-solution.
The hallway to the dining area will remain open.
