Sorry, but what kind of nonsense is that?! If you are successful, you get something built for yourself and don’t pay rent for it; it makes a difference whether you pay the landlord or for your own home.

If things were going well for you, you would have owned a home a long time ago... for me, this is no freedom regarding living conditions.

It’s my guess... you sound frustrated, probably it didn’t work out for you and now you want to take it out on others. However, these users are not to blame... you still have a few years, don’t give up.

I’m already looking forward to your design... surely the design of the century.

Good luck!!

A property is not for everyone and does not fit every stage of life regardless of whether money is available. I find it somewhat presumptuous to assume dissatisfaction and failure. Then just don't read the comments.

For me, it’s just an excuse.
Not everyone has to own a property, but I like the forum and it is often ruined precisely by such comments; you cannot always ignore the comments. I also wouldn’t have written something like that if users had already been warned about it ages ago, that’s how I know it from other forums.

Criticism is always good, but it is often exaggerated and turns negative.

How my house would look, I have said several times, the regular readers should be able to draw from memory just from which houses I praise. My house will very likely not look like ’s house, although I like it – but that requires a hillside plot (which doesn't suit me). I also really like the house of , but I am more the two-story type. More or less like or like (without the mother-in-law extension) and in equipment you can imagine my house. So a house – when switching to property ownership, I probably wouldn’t stick with the apartment model. But the mentioned framework would in my case not be a model for a new build, but rather for the search for a young used property – attentive readers have already known all this for a long time.

I’m not going to clear up this misconception a third time – is the original poster still on board anyway?
