Single-family house, approximately 160m², Bauhaus style; first draft according to our wishes

Disclaimer: Please only constructive, helpful contributions and no further pro-architect / pro-TE discussions. We are currently growing massively with this project, learning from it, gaining experience, and simply want to create something beautiful.

Attached is our next draft for our house construction project. If anyone notices parallels to the previous version: justified. Why? Well, the south/west sides automatically determine the terrace, so the garage necessarily comes on the north side to be able to make full use of the terrace/garden (border construction).

We have a few more ideas but are curious about your comments.
Attached are our change requests / ideas / notes which we will also discuss once more with the architect:

[*] Shower in the guest WC is missing
[*] Remove door in the hallway / wardrobe
[*] Window front in living/dining area with one instead of three elements
[*] Width of the wardrobe? Is it “usable” like this?
[*] Check width of passage living/dining area -> stove! It seems a bit too narrow to us...
[*] Wall of the dining room (not the corner piece, but the extension from the hallway to the corridor) in the corridor: necessary?
[*] Freestanding kitchen island?
[*] Kitchen: create the possibility for built-in cabinets
[*] Kitchen: optimize window (either move the sink or the window...)
[*] Plan a window element in the staircase -> so far only one window, we would like it extended downwards in length

We will be at the planner again on Tuesday. What we still don’t like is the corner around the dining room / terrace access. Without the stove it will be a bit less cluttered but somehow... I don’t know...

I find the passage width a bit narrow and skewed (in combination with the hallway).
