Can you post the current plan of the ground floor again? Because your mentioned shower toilet is there, at least I don't see it in the basement.
Also, it is important here and now, since you need the load-bearing elements. I would say: once the ground floor is optimized, the basement has to adapt to it.
The shower toilet in the basement is planned right next to the home office.
We have just placed the toilet and shower freely in the room for now; a more detailed plan has not yet been made.
I would like the home office to be this way because I would like to have the light from the light well.
Current challenge:
- The "living basement area" should include a sofa bed
- Since the home office will also be a kind of hobby room for me, I would like to set up a TV
- And also a sofa bed
- We find the toilet/shower too large for the entire room "Basement 1," or put differently: we don’t want to use the entire room for toilet/shower
- We thought of an access from the home office
- We find the division of the rooms a bit odd, especially because of the compartmentalization.
- The load-bearing walls are the walls of the "basement hallway"
