In the upstairs hallway, those "weird" corners would bother me, the ones by the bedroom door and the stairs. Just quickly sketched, but I would find it more sensible like this: I would have tried to design the entrance to the bedroom at a 45-degree angle. Then you can also turn left directly into the walk-in closet. Additionally, I would install a door from the bedroom to the bathroom. That way, if you need to use the toilet at night, you have a shorter way. Isn't a urinal planned in the downstairs toilet? There is space, and I actually find it quite practical. Especially when you have many friends visiting, the WC stays cleaner afterwards.

But that's just my opinion... of course, you have to decide what suits you.

The kink in the wall on the upper floor isn't serious, right? I don't understand how anyone can present something like that to the customer! Man, you're paying hundreds of thousands and the planner can't even manage to draw the wall properly. That is - I unfortunately get really upset about this - sloppy. You have to be able to see that the bathroom has to be 2 cm smaller.

Otherwise, it's a matter of taste. The wall by the stairs wouldn't be my choice, because then the light from the window upstairs has less chance to illuminate the hallway on the ground floor. The door to the dining area is still too narrow and the distances with the shopping bags are too long. I like the idea of opening up the hallway on the ground floor.

Laugh... well, it's probably due to a 3-meter wardrobe. I don't understand it either, and would do without two doors in the bedroom.

remove the bedrooms, instead enter through the walk-in closet. Now it looks reasonable. I really think it's a successful design by now. I would just include the glass element at the kitchen for more light in the hallway.

Very clear ... bedroom through walk-in closet, then the kink is eliminated.

I would also reconsider the skylights in the bathroom and bedroom ... rather a normal window to the right of the bed and in the bathroom the bathtub more where the washbasin is, and the washbasin to the left on the wall towards the bedroom and then 2x normal windows or one wide window.

Why a skylight in the guest WC?
