Please not so many window formats. We made the mistake of not paying attention, inside it is great because the couch is better placed, the bed, etc. But the views from the outside are well, xxxxx.

The support post might indeed be a bit bothersome, but it must have its (structural) reasons. Possibly it can be structurally solved differently to get rid of the post.

I think this won’t help you much now, but I still want to mention that I really find it a shame that you switched from the stylish flat roof with cubes to a rather boring, common hipped roof. I find the current views really dull compared to p. 1. But that’s up to you and surely has its reasons.

No, usually there is a defined height at which the ground floor must be. Theoretically, you can also dig down 5m.

has somehow developed like this over the last weeks/months... we are currently living in front of an army of flat roofs, construction year probably around the 80s, and every day we ask ourselves how something like that was possible. We prefer to avoid experiencing something similar in 20 years and therefore went for the “everyday solution,” but I also have to add that the design on p. 1 quickly became obsolete. It looks super stylish, but the room layout was so difficult to design, you just cannot imagine.

I consider that sufficient as clear height in the basement. Whether more also affects the eaves height depends on your relevant reference height: whether it is absolute, or indexed to the top edge of the finished floor on the ground floor, for example. The street view reminds me of the successful example of – but at the moment I don’t find the time to add a link or to check whether there are more features there that would be advisable to transfer here.

I noticed that too. There are too many different widths. For example, the window above the door with 1.65, that doesn’t fit at all and should be the same as the other one. Also, the 1.12 ones don’t fit with other formats of 1.00. Then you have 4! different heights in the windows. Overall the front looks crooked. You really have to play around with the windows to balance it visually.
