Whether they want that will become clear when the OP has to pay for the nonsense with the unused mega roof. So just sit back and wait for what comes next.

Exactly, the truth is always concrete. Basic course Marxism/Leninism, Katja, you know?

I have never seen a house that can only be entered through the garage... I also find that a little odd. I open my front door and instead of seeing nature, I see my car... so no windows are planned in the garage either? Probably doesn't matter anyway, since it's north-facing...

Moving on:

1. Guest WC
Our guest WC is 1.51m wide... when you sit on the toilet, there is no sink opposite, only a wall heater. Still, the space is not exactly generous...

2. Children's room
Right next to the bathroom... then the child at least always knows when someone is using the toilet.
To get to the bathroom, the child has to go through the dressing room (guests too then?)... the whole room is quite awkwardly shaped anyway... but that's probably just parental chatter...

3. Bathroom
A window that is blocked by the shower wall. When I shower, the shutters or the pleated blind always have to be down... like in the guest WC. Especially in the bathroom not great... diagnosis: dark hole!

4. Bedroom / Dressing room
Door opens the wrong way in the bedroom. Dressing room relatively large and still everything feels cramped. 2.13 meters minus 2 wardrobes on each side (2 x 60cm), leaves 93 cm in the middle. I don't want to pick anything out there...

5. Living room
A lot of wasted space...

Because it is not feasible. But the OP does not want to know that. It is just hard to admit something that you previously thought was great. It's not as if you can't understand the reactions.

The access through the garage would also create a nice mix of doors.

Front door into the garage, but existing thermal insulation of standard doors is not necessary since the garage is unheated. Then insulated door into the residential house, which, to my knowledge, also has to be smoke-tight and fire-resistant.

You don't have to understand everything.

Well, I still had Stabü, but before I got to experience ML, the turnaround happened... a pity.
