Yes, I had a vague memory of that, but today I’m too lazy to scroll through the entire thread backwards. However, the knowledge "when it comes down to the crunch, I am far away" tempts one to "artistic planning" – but don’t worry, I won’t now "poach in ’s territory" by switching on the warning light over cost estimates :)

There are indeed also visual people with good spatial imagination, you don’t have to have studied for that. However, I have the impression that the spread of affordable 3D software has made people stop thinking spatially for themselves. Asking the community can be dangerous if you cannot properly assess its advice.
With such a budget, you should have ceiling heights of 2.8 m and more.
I don’t fundamentally agree with that, but I would also consider the contrast between single-storey and ridge-open rooms.
Brick cladding never needs to be painted or repaired.
Brick cladding is also not self-cleaning; particles "patinate" every facade.
Without dormers, you have the living quality of a Town & Country house at the price of a million-dollar villa.
I don’t consider a McMansion hell through ruffles on (pseudo)strict forms an aspirational alternative.
