The house should have about 175 m2 and a projection in the living area of about 5 m x 1.5. It is not an extreme slope. The plot slopes from west to east about 3 m over approximately 25 m.

Now about the budget:

As mentioned, the plot is fully developed. (Gas, water, sewage). Plot in private ownership. We have set a limit of 450,000. HVAC work will be completely carried out independently.

So now stone me for the budget :) I see it realistically but tight. For your info: Last year I already completed a house build (brother) with an architect and independent self-contracting.

I can tell you firsthand that it won’t work. The key data from our projects are very, very similar and thus well comparable; with 450,000€ it only works at the lowest standard.

You don’t need to worry about the facade, there’s nothing extravagant in it.

Would you perhaps like to give me some more detailed data about your construction project? What is the area of your house? Roughly list the costs, such as:

When I think about it, I agree with you. Once I have refined my sketches a bit, I will upload them in the floor plan thread. Maybe you have other ideas on how to visually set off the facade a bit. As mentioned, it would be desirable to have a diamond wooden facade on 2 sides on the upper floor (East: street side and West: garden side).

I recommend you shamelessly upload simple doodle sketches at first; it serves its purpose for complaining.

I would think about painting and hairstyling the house later. The idea of developing the house starting from optical effects that you fell in love with in some examples is understandable, but it puts the cart before the horse.

From experience, a building form usually already develops from the room layout, which no longer needs a forced linearity to be distinguishable between the houses of Linkshuber, Rechtsmoser, and Visavismaier.
