Ours is also outside, that did not play a role in the approval, the pool is considered a secondary facility. What does play a role, however, is the floor area ratio. Or does the development plan explicitly specify anything else regarding pools?

An alternative would be a mirror wall. We once had that in an apartment from my childhood. It made the hallway incredibly larger and brighter (It was interior, so without windows). If you don’t need the wall as a place for furniture...

Good point. We would exceed the floor area ratio with the pool. Otherwise, nothing further is defined about the pool in the 1970 development plan.

In the basement, there would be enough space in my opinion. Then you would have it covered right away. ;)

Personally, I really like the Evolution draft. Individual elements, such as the dressing/bedroom and entrance or WC, can certainly still be optimized.



But think again about the window front between the wardrobe area and the living room. All "front door business," like drop-offs and such, can be seen by the homeowners lounging on the sofa with just one step into the hallway area. The topic of curtains has already been mentioned.

In other drafts, something like this is called a "dirt lock," and I definitely don't want to look at that from the sofa.

The more I look at the entrance area, that is the staircase landing with the door from the [Windfang], then the issue with the pipes regarding the WC, which is supposed to influence its location but results in long distances, it is simply not finalized yet.
