Yes, I have one comment. Is it intended that you have a shared terrace and can look into each other's living room? Maybe start thinking about what happens if, instead of the parents-in-law, some strangers move in.

Addendum to the basement:

Each basement room has light wells that are missing in the 3D view.
Right next to the entrance door, within the terrace... that could negatively affect the appearance.

So I find the garage much too small. 34 sqm? What’s supposed to fit in there.

I would leave out [Luftraum] because it makes no sense.

Where is the chimney for the fireplace?

Where is the Bavarian style? Shutters, roof overhangs, some wooden appliqués without all that uniform gray?

The room layout is completely messed up. The bedroom bigger than the garage. Always plan bathrooms stacked on top of each other.
Makes many things easier. You can put everything into a utility shaft and then retrofit many things later.

Two cars in the garage is already very tight and you can't get through with a bicycle anymore.

How many parking spaces do you actually need? Usually, 1.5 - 2 parking spaces are required per residential unit. The area in front of the garage is not always recognized as a separate parking space, as otherwise trapped parking spaces would be created.

I find the criticisms absolutely valuable - keep it up!
Regarding the garage: we have 2 cars, one of which is an SUV. Unfortunately, the garage cannot be widened due to the clearance areas. I would rather have to tackle the whole house.

Regarding the air space: that is our own wish. We want this sense of space from the ground floor upstairs. We are currently already living in a maisonette apartment with a gallery - we like it incredibly.

Fireplace: good point. Indeed, not yet included.

Regarding the exterior design: you are right. In the fine-tuning, I definitely wanted to work out small but significant enhancements with the architect. But it is definitely great if I already have ideas ready.

What are you planning to do with the [Einliegerwohnung]? Is it just for visitors? It somehow feels like it gets the best part of the house and overlooks your terrace? What reason is there to put up with that with this budget?
