Honestly, I am very curious about what will come back. I would by no means put up with that.

The architect has already pointed out to me that we have to take flood protection into account, but he can't expect me as an amateur to draw the right conclusions from it, can he? That it could suddenly be a 60cm increase is insane. I can't even imagine how our plan would still hold up if that happened. I can still accept a marginal restriction like 10cm.

How did you interpret the "we" in that sentence ;-) I hope for a reasonable agreement for you, so far there has indeed been constructive cooperation...

Gallery .. I just looked again at with the latest visualized planning status. Have you ever had the gallery visualized from the inside? After all, it is a sloping roof with only one roof window. I don’t know if that creates the effect I associate with a gallery. Because, you also want to have photovoltaic panels on the roof.

Here in the forum there is a very beautiful house with shutters and wonderfully furnished. No one is calling for a gallery there. Because it is so tasteful and beautifully furnished. Unfortunately, I no longer know whose house it is.
