I do not exclude that at all. Whether you call the next version a new draft or re-engineering makes no big difference to me. With the amount of points, it will in any case result in a quasi new complete version.

I understand that. We just want to include the design from the beginning in order to better imagine the result.

Hopefully the planner understands this insight.

Now I’m the one who’s confused.

Many thoughts/implementations are too immature for me. For example that! Why take something now that was already obvious yesterday? May I ask if you don’t have to work? Forever night owls?

Because sometimes insight comes later?

What difference does that make? I thought we were supposed to include personal preferences and that this is part of it?

Before the question comes: No, we have neither inherited nor did our income fall from the sky. We work hard and daily from 6:15 to 7:30 are our quiet times with breakfast, news, and starting work at the breakfast table, before a workout follows (gym) and the workday (>10-12h) begins.

You don't have to justify yourselves for that at all, I am happy for everyone who has the opportunity to build a beautiful house/villa according to their wishes. My tip remains that you urgently need to look at the ceiling height. Because 2.6m shell height means approx. 2.42m after deducting insulation, screed, and flooring. That is far too little for long (9m) rooms. Many developers already have higher ceilings (2.8m). Otherwise, your house will only feel oppressive in the end.

I need to have this explained to me again in detail by the architect. A lot is stipulated about this in the development plan. He experimented here to comply with the heights and at the same time make the upper floor (= attic) as livable as possible.
