Yes, I definitely want them! We are already actively weighing and considering - the tip about the living concept and the kitchen is very good and valid!

I would have preferred an inserted cube or something like that to have spacious rooms with an open living feeling in the upper floor as well. This is an inflated flair with a strange orientation.

Hi , would you be so kind as to explain your proposal regarding the "inserted" cube once again in more detail? Do you have an example of how that could look like in our case? I can't really imagine much under it with our current construction project. Thank you very much!

The time has come. Our next major planning stage V2 has been reached. I am attaching the new planning documents for you.

These are the significant changes:

Ground floor:

Moving the entrance door to the main house slightly upwards, so that you enter when facing the stairs and gallery
[*]Enlargement of the gallery, so that a decent gallery area is created upstairs (lounge furniture + shelf)

1st floor:

[*]Comment: We need to talk to our building authority here. According to the development plan, window surfaces must be divided under 1.5 sqm. That is why the front looks somewhat staggered.

[*]A door has disappeared at the bathroom and as a result the shower was enlarged
