You infer from something that is currently or recently not going well for you that everything was better in the past.
Hopefully, it is not the good old days meant, when one did not have to worry about rehab and certain medications for a certain reason?
We have had the same experience with medication administration with my mother-in-law. However, I don't see that as standard and it mainly has to do with the general shortage of skilled workers. I was in the hospital two weeks ago and it was great (as a public health insurance patient).
I have now changed our warm water heating times. Let's see what comes of it.

Both in absolute terms the expenses have increased significantly and also as a proportion of GDP, and not only because of Corona. So please do not infer the actual development from individual experiences.
