The whole thing will probably fail again due to nitpicking. There is already an article in Der Spiegel that, once again (as usual in Germany), lists all the problems why this can't work like that.

What really annoyed me here, for example, is this statement
"After all, one would have to know how many people live in each of the about 20 million affected households."

You just have to hold your head. We have the most bureaucratic registration system in the country and still can't manage that?! Then why on earth do we have registration offices...

The whole forum is pretty - well - tin foil hat suspicious (anti-vaxxers, etc. etc.). They also spread exactly the things that some (or the same) person keeps spreading here.
