See, you do know the map after all. There are quite a few countries in and around Europe that can only dream of such an emergency. Yes, admittedly there are also those that are better positioned, but that is because they never needed "much" gas.

Yes, but that hasn't been achieved yet (roughly speaking, we are at about 10-12% electricity from gas after 10 years.) Among other things, because the East had already started to throttle output long before the outbreak of the war, each time again with flimsy excuses.

The myth of CO2-free electricity generation through nuclear power plants persists stubbornly, but that does not make it more correct (it is even extremely wrong when taking into account all factors involved in the extraction and transport of uranium ore, the construction, disposal, and operation of nuclear power plants, etc.)

That makes it even more difficult. In addition to the immense investments and other costs that are often kept quiet.

And where do we bury the waste? In your garden?

It's always the same in such debates ;)

MisterD out.

Hello

Exactly: "It's always the same in such debates".
There is hardly any highly radioactive waste in modern nuclear power plants.
That is a myth of the Greens.
We (Germany) used to be a leader in controllable nuclear power. This was discarded for ideological reasons. The Chinese say thank you.

I suspect that you got this info from OF Wüstenfuchs in your Telegram chat, who earned his degree in nuclear physics from Trump University?
