However, the gas price brake does not lead to additional debt or to the debt brake not being observed in 2023 ... the costs are allocated to 2022, when the debt brake is not observed anyway. And then a special fund will be created in 2023, which also does not affect the debt brake. ... Not that one brake outbrakes the other brake.
