Just a brief note about the guest bathroom: I would definitely not do without it here. Guests usually stay only on the ground floor, they shouldn't have to walk through the entire house to use a toilet. Even if you are, for example, in the garden and need to quickly use the toilet, … do you really want to always walk through the whole house including the stairs?

Had to slightly reduce the size of the toilet and relocate the heating valve (would that be possible?). Also, the window facing the street is being removed, so I made the other one bigger.

I like the kitchen, I think the layout is good for a townhouse.
Is there anything that can still be done about the garage location?
I also had a townhouse with the same width. I had a great kitchen with a counter and a large living-dining area... I have to check later where I have the plan.
