it's like with the floor plans here.
just because someone draws it with a fancy program doesn't mean the floor plan is any good, and a hand-drawn one can be much more useful.

and 2.
They probably shouldn't even hear the word COMPARISON...
We want to have this here, what does it cost with you. Done. Not all companies do that either, but it works with many.

Which item do you find exaggerated? It's listed in detail.

Do you understand why the OP doesn't then?

And 145,000 with outdoor kitchen, natural stone, etc.... I don't see anything like that in the offer. I see a few trees, lawn, paving as you would imagine a normal garden.

No pool, no lighting, no outdoor kitchen.

Not even irrigation for the lawn, which has material costs of 1300 euros and is supposed to cost 5000. Isn't the expensive part the substrate and not the lawn itself?

Of course, every landscape gardener who receives an offer with blacked-out prices will assume it’s a comparison and won’t think that he is the only one in the running.

You can do it in such a way that he doesn't notice. But I'm out of here for now.

Even if he receives a request without blacked-out prices, he should not think he is the only one... Because otherwise he is either not the brightest bulb on the cake himself or at least thinks so about his customer.... WHO SPENDS 125,000 EUR WITHOUT COMPARING FIRST? Even when buying a lousy phone, TV, vacation, or car, a lot of comparison offers are considered.

I would put it this way: Every craftsman should be clear that he is in competition and the customer compares. Now it is a supplier’s market and the craftsmen have the upper hand, but comparing and bargaining is still normal. And if I only have to write my prices next to an existing list of items, it saves me time and effort. Whether these then become fantasy prices because the order books are already full or fair prices is independent of that. Because if the order books are full, every request will only have premium prices, regardless of whether it is based on a blacked-out template or not.
