Upper floor:
Open the door in the study!
Bathroom upper floor window? Oh yes, daylight comes through the glass box (bedroom)
Wardrobe door quickly drawn in? Already said, it sticks in the masonry
Gallery seems to be the most important room? With 26m²
Ground floor:
Spacious foyer, first sit down on the armchair to get through there?
Guest bathroom window?
Basically, it's brilliant when I’m sitting comfortably on the sofa and the teenagers move upstairs.
Flat in the middle of the room is brilliant, but you could save the windows that are covered by it.

I’ll stop, don’t feel like it anymore.

But one thing you’ve got, no cookie-cutter house!

Unfortunately, you can't open the door in the dressing room because the wardrobe is in the way. On the other side, you have to break down the wall to install the door. In the bedroom, the bathroom door hits the bedside cabinet.

With a bit of momentum into the office and the other one suddenly sits very close to the screen.

The kitchen furniture is also stacked on top of each other. If you are a bit wider, you can't get into the kitchen at all because there is only 50 cm of space on both sides. Also an idea for "losing weight made easy".

In the basement, the stairs are quarter-turn with 14 steps and 3.50 m long. Upstairs the stairs are straight with 17 steps and 5 m long. Simsalabim, I’m conjuring up 3 more steps... Harry Potter sends his regards.

You surely haven't thought about the water and sewage pipes yet. When I, as a layman, look at the basement including the stairs, I suspect the structural engineer probably wouldn't be jumping for joy either.

In short, round file!!!

Just forget it. The drafts keep getting worse.

OK good. I accept the criticism. There is a basement, the stairs to the basement are by the kitchen at the staircase. But it is not very easy to plan a floor plan for this house. As said, it is a semi-detached house. So there are no windows on the left side... The guest bathroom has no window. I have already drawn many possible floor plans (with this program). The house is quite large, but somehow I don't really know how to arrange everything more space-efficiently (the hallway upstairs is way too big). Of course, we will still hire an architect. I also know from the structural engineering that I will have columns in the living room. Should I move the study to the ground floor after all? Sure, regarding the stair steps, my program somehow didn’t handle it properly and I won’t place the furniture exactly like that either. But how could I best distribute the rooms on the upper floor with this floor plan??? The kitchen has always been where it is now with me, so I wanted to keep it there. I initially had it at the back right. The bathroom is still there at the moment. Thankfully, we still have some time. Construction will start in two years. We have already cleared some space in the garden. Removed 20 fir trees... Maybe someone still has another idea... But as said, it is a semi-detached house...

I have now found an internet site that will send you your floor plan within 48 hours... I will try that... As I said, it is really hard to draw a floor plan for a semi-detached house because one side lacks windows....

The architect plans anyway. So let him do it, he has studied that.
