Should the path to the garage be made "slanting" or with a small "step"?!?

Yes, a string is also stretched there. So far, we have only laid the one side with the curbstones. The rest will be done over the weekend. That was also my plan, to stretch the string, set the curbstone, and lay the paving between them with the slight slope flush between the curbstones. I was just unsure because the path becomes slightly slanted due to the slope of the platform and the boundary at the driveway. But you have taken those concerns away from me ;)

The adjustment of the slope is not a problem. The height difference between the individual paving stones or slabs is minimal.

Did you just bury the curbstones? At least it looks like it.

No, they are concreted in at the bottom. My father just threw some soil there yesterday (for whatever reason).

For us, it was about whether we prefer to have the path (and thus the adjacent carport) straight and a "steeper" access ramp or "stretch it out" over the long distance. I think our architect said up to 6% is barrier-free (or low-barrier?). I'm not quite sure anymore.

2-3% is definitely nothing and very comfortable to walk. I would prefer that over every step!

Edit: Read too fast, now I just got it. It's not about the gradient in length but across.
So, does it bother you if people walk over your landing? Still better than some kind of curb/step etc.

Well, the platform is 2m wide, so I rarely walk across it and therefore can't really judge whether it bothers me over a length of 5m. I don't think so. When I speak of a step, it's only about 3-4cm estimated, more like a nice stumbling spot than a real step. Tomorrow I'll lay the curb stones loose and see how much of a slope it really is.

Well then, take a walk today :-D Do you have a terrace? That also has a slope. Just walk across that. No matter what, a 3-4cm step is the worst solution. As you write, tripping is inevitable.
