Floor plan design for a hillside house with 5 children's rooms

So, a brief interim summary of the floor plan: we just had the topping-out ceremony and over 40 visitors, and everyone found the house spacious and the rooms too [emoji4]. Of course, the impression in the shell construction is different than later in the finished state, but I found it reassuring that the house was well received – even by the previously very critical voices.

Oh, and we are still relatively price stable. For the house including the foundation slab, we are still only paying around 270,000 euros. In addition, there are 5,000 for bathrooms and then floors and walls to paint. And then there are ancillary building costs.

You haven’t sampled yet, have you? The details like aluminum rails come with the tiles. Have you also finished planning the electrical? Fingers crossed

Yes, we have both already. For the electrical work, we pay 2000 towards it, and with the tiles, we found something within the standard. Aluminum rails will be added in the master bathroom. The price for that is still missing. I have roughly calculated an additional cost of 2000 for the bathrooms, in case we want a little extra after all.

We were also asked about the aluminum rails. I don't find them very attractive. Of course, it's a matter of taste, but I'm glad about my tone-on-tone plastic rails. They're practically invisible next to the tiles.

Okay, the cost estimate for filling and L stones for the terrace etc. is now actually more than calculated [emoji13]. Stupid outdoor facilities. But somehow we have to get into the garden. And topsoil still has to be delivered. Maybe we should do that now while the excavator is already there?? Then we could also sow grass and could use the garden already this summer.
