But you are welcome to continue happily criticizing. I think this reduces the risk of overlooking something. I will simply take everything with me to the architect appointment. The questions, problems, possible floor plans. I hope he can provide some advice. And yes, I will mention the 1.5 stories plus basement living space again.

Oh, you can manage quite well without a bed too[emoji85] [emoji23]

We love our children, are just in our early/mid 30s. Another one would also fit in somewhere. I think we're just different...

Regarding the question of what the walls are planned to be made of: for the floor plan, 30 cm Ytong is planned (is that how you write it). So aerated concrete. However, we want KFW 55 standard and with that, it would be block by block 36 cm. But we’re not quite sure about that yet...

11ant, we have only one girl. She will be 3 soon. She is supposed to get the girl's room in the upper floor next to the shower bathroom. At the beginning together with child 5. Our children do not like to sleep alone. And actually, the little ones prefer to sleep with the parents anyway, so the parents' bedroom should also be accordingly large so that no one has to be afraid alone. Children have a rather long need for closeness and protection, at least we can accommodate that well structurally [emoji23]. And when they are out of that age, we want each to have their own little realm. That must then be enough.

Forget the KFW 55. Take the thinner brick, it gives space. The KFW fuss... the 20 euros plus per month in heating costs are still manageable, if it’s even that much. Karsten

We simply have the problem that we are tied to the Sparkasse because of our current property. They finance the project without any problems, but have difficulty with fixed interest rates over 10 years. Therefore, [kfw] would be interesting.

...When changing banks, we otherwise have to pay a prepayment penalty... But maybe we should have it calculated exactly how much that is?
