I thought you were a banker? Did you chase horizontally or lay the cables on the raw floor or empty conduits in the concrete ceiling?
I am, but operating a wall chaser and cutting empty conduits and cables to the right length is not that hard.
We only chased horizontally where it was statically unproblematic. To be precise, only in one single spot. Otherwise, we laid all the roller shutters, audio cables, light outlets, and switch cables in empty conduits in the raw ceiling. This way, we have "light" and roller shutters embedded in the ceiling on both floors. Network, TV, and sockets are laid on the raw floor in the insulation layer. Power basically comes from below. This way, everything in the house is separated. Lights are on two RCDs, power on two other RCDs. So you don’t lose the lights if something trips in the power network. My father-in-law is an electrician, and so we did it all together. I did the rough planning, he did the detailed planning, I chased the slots and laid the cables in, he connected everything and so on...
It worked out great.
