My thought was also to rather utilize the full width of the building plot to keep the sunny side at the front as wide as possible and save on excavation depth. However, the house is only allowed to be 11.35m wide anyway, so it probably still has to be extended a bit to the back when considering the thickness of the walls. The architect will have to take care of that then.
By the way, we are also in contact with a civil engineer from the family. I'm curious to see what else he will suggest.
Unfortunately, I couldn't draw anymore today; the children went to bed too late today.

Please upload the site plan with more dimensions, and also the slope viewed from the side. Maybe I or others will get around to sketching some ideas

Regards, Yvonne

Please upload the site plan with more measurements, also a side view of the slope. Maybe I or others will get the chance to sketch some ideas.

Best regards, Yvonne

I only have the approximate measurements now. Regarding the height difference, I still need to draw something. We only have a plan with handwritten height indications. That probably doesn't make sense :-(

I'm somehow not making any progress with drawing at the moment either :-( . Not so easy

Here the numbers are unfortunately only estimated by a friend who is an architect. In fact, the street frontage is 17.35m and the depth on the left is about 44m. The rest is estimated
