Children between 0 and 11 years old. So both those who occasionally come running at night because there are ghosts under their bed; as well as those who will find parental "control" rather embarrassing in a few years.

Oh all good, I’m happy to write it more precisely. And 11ant is also right with his description.

So yes, the children are 0, 3, 5, 9 and 11. A practice might be nice later, but it doesn’t need that much space. You can easily partition something off from the basement. What is needed for that: a therapy room for individual therapy, a slightly larger one for small groups (you could take 2 rooms together for that), a waiting room/hallway and a toilet. Luckily, I only need a table, chairs, toys and possibly the classic couch as inventory[emoji28]. That doesn’t take up much space.

I’ll also immediately upload the current latest floor plan of the GU. It actually turned out quite well. Cooking: I like cooking very much, but I have to keep an eye on everything. So dining table for homework nearby, piano for practicing accompaniment, view of the garden, etc.

Uiuiui, if I may quote Samson here. Even though the "side" dimension lines are missing, you can already see that this won't work.

Even with a psychologist in the house, you simply cannot build such children's kennels that are barely as long as a bed in reality.

The door directly behind the stair exit is also nonsense. What does he want to build the 30 cm (monolithic ?) wall from?

write m and f next to them.

Why not 10 12 sqm per person, that is enough for now. However, in the bedroom I would move the beds apart, otherwise there will be even more, and then it will get tight.. Karsten

Mh. We currently have similarly sized rooms for the children and like the size. Unfortunately, we have too few rooms. So I think it is possible. And if you can't exceed 200sqm overall due to the budget, then you have to save sqm somewhere. Or do you have a constructive suggestion?

I will follow Yvonne's suggestion and save hallway space. But I still need to think about that a bit.

The exterior dimensions are now 11 by 10.75m. Pretty close.

However, I find Child 4's room design quite poorly done, but hopefully you can shift the bathroom up a bit or do something else. Possibly make the kitchen a bit narrower and have the kitchen unit run all around without a counter? What do you think?
