Bicycles to the left of the house in a bicycle shed, a garden house is currently planned in the garden and there actually shouldn't be a car in the garage either.

To the left of the house there is no space for a shed ... 3 m clearance area.

Where should the car go? Driveway? Is there only 1 car?

Sorry, I’m coming in at the very end here and unfortunately have no idea what this is about. I just wanted to say I think kbt09’s draft is great. That’s why I was a bit cheeky and grabbed it to tinker with it a little. What I didn’t quite like about it – also the original draft – are the doors at the bottom at child rooms 3 and 4 and the small bedroom upstairs. So I thought, if the budget allows, it would be advantageous to work with bay windows here. Upstairs I would probably refrain from this for financial reasons (the roof!). But I left it in the living room for now. Could probably be removed as well.

I reduced the kitchen in favor of the bedroom. Was something special planned there?
Stairs with slightly different dimensions, according to Treppen 1x1 it should be okay.

On the 3m on the left, a shed/carport or whatever may be placed up to the boundary. There are 2 cars. One in front of the house, one on the left, e.g., with the wheels under a carport. Maybe I should mention that we are convinced minimalists and always quickly give away anything unnecessary. Three of our children don’t even have a proper wardrobe because the shelf has sufficed so far and they had no need for one.

That sounds silly now. Of course they will get a closet if they want one. At the moment, though, only the 3-year-old and the 9-year-old actually have one. The others have a small shelf and haven’t wanted more so far, not even the oldest. Of course, we still plan the space for it. What I want to say is: we have a few high-quality things that are actually used. "Kram" is not collected. That works better and better with increasing practice and is totally liberating. At the moment, we have all garden tools, garden furniture, strollers, and bicycles in a 5.5 by 3 m garage. Fits fine too. However, so far there are only 4 big bikes, but with bike trailers and KiWa included.

... now you have actually made the house smaller - right? The dining table is 220 cm long, the piano needs to be accommodated. Unfortunately, I am missing some measurements in the drawing. And, bay windows are also a cost factor.

... please sketch in the site plan the house, shed, garage, carport, and parking space for a second car.
