I think so - minimally smaller - but with the bay windows instead. Oh, a Klafünf has to fit in there, that’s cool. It was less about the measurements and more about the bay windows for a somewhat more pleasing room layout.

Kaho, I find the draft very nicely harmonious! However, because quite few measurements are given, I can’t really “set up” properly in it. I’ll try tonight to print it out so that 1cm corresponds to 1m.

Whoever has been following the question of 30 versus 36.5 stone:

My husband went today with our current house plans to the energy consultation at the Verbraucherzentrale. There, a physicist calculated all sorts of things and came to the conclusion that with the current gas prices, we would save 30 euros per year if we used the 36.5 stone instead of the 30. Also (as my husband summarizes) he saw no direct risk of failure regarding the energy saving ordinance together with the solar thermal system. However, he advises us, given the number of people, to have a sufficiently large system and that you should also be able to store enough hot water. We will have to look at this more closely to see how it applies to us.
He rather advises against an air heat pump due to the number of people. Also, there are often bad experiences with high electricity consumption in actual operation.

Conclusion: we are staying with the 30 stone and gas condensing boiler plus a sufficiently large solar system for domestic hot water heating and heating support.

A wise decision. Now he just had to be convinced about the stairs. After all, you save a lot with stone. I actually think it’s cool how the slogans of the insulation fanatics dissolve into thin air when someone does the math. 30 euros. For that, at kik you can get 3-4 t-shirts for the kids. Additional cost for the 30 euros: a degree for one of the kids. Karsten

My advice: Additionally, avoid bay windows - they do not add value to the house and make it unnecessarily expensive.

A bit different and larger - appropriate for 7 people in my opinion. Aiming for the initially mentioned 10.5 x 12m.
Staircase to the attic obsolete since it's a pantry - saves money.
Office would need a light well - feasible + sufficient?

I found it important to have a generous dining/living area where there is simply space as soon as you come up. In the middle, the huge table invites you to social games or crafting sessions.
