That also looks very harmonious and really everything finds its place! Great! I will print it out this evening and discuss it! But I have to think about the lighting and see if it makes sense for us.

Tomorrow the architect from the [GU] is coming over to plan at home. We have a holiday here today and yet he called earlier to discuss some things. I found that very positive and now have the feeling that we are in motivated hands. Thanks to your many great ideas, we already feel very far along and I am confident that now with [GU] and the architect employed there, a good floor plan for us is achievable.
Many sincere thanks again for your effort, it is priceless in this form and helps us so much!

... should your orientation be plan top north? Or is it to be rotated by 90°? Garden access is indeed in the north, due to the hillside location.

Yes, it's for the bin. Garden suspected on the wrong side.

Ah, that explains my light problem. But it doesn't matter, you can definitely do something about it [emoji6]

Turning is already difficult like this, as it is 12 m wide and it can probably only be a maximum of 11 to 11.35 m if you build at the front possible line. Exactly because the property is only 17.35 m wide there.

That is why it is so important that the site plan and the house are always viewed together.

I'll still take it as a suggestion into the conversation today. I'm curious to see if we can get something done today that my husband also likes [emoji5]
