Roofs: hipped roof/pyramid roof or gable roof. City villa is not a must. Something nice and simple, white with shiny red roof. Classic-simple, not modern. Determined by its function. The limit is hard to say. We want to stay below 450,000 with all costs (with a simple prefabricated garage or large bike shed). The bank is not so strict and more would also be possible. But we want to avoid that. I know, it is not lavish [emoji18]

Yes, that is a lot. But a garage plus driveways are already 2-3 along the house length, 2 in front of the house, and on the other side 10m driveway. No, no federal road. Dead end in very quiet NBG

I can understand the visitor parking space, but that you are not allowed to cause any continuous traffic to back up while opening your garage door is completely exaggerated (it would have made sense on a federal highway).

Just post the development plan, and preferably also a Google Earth image
