Two parking spaces for one residential unit in a row are not a problem, but a garage behind that (i.e., 3 parking spaces in a row) is a problem. Or Tetris.

Doesn't have to. Garage on the right plus 1 space, 2 spaces on the left and 2 in front of the house.

So, here is the promised draft. You can still play around with the windows... You can play around with many of them. In the basement, the rear (southwest) one will later be sectioned off. Then a small 2-room apartment will result. However, the practice and WC and one room would be in the general area... I found it difficult to come up with the optimal implementation for a thought-provoking idea. In the basement, a closet area has emerged through access to the bathroom, not bad for small bedrooms. Straight staircase: a straight staircase is known to take up a lot of space. But since the many rooms have to be reached via a corridor, it would be a waste of space not to also use this corridor for the staircase. I made sure that there is more than 3 meters of usable depth in the rooms at the bottom and top of the plan. The bedroom on the upper floor should now be wide enough. At the end of the corridor there would still be space for a dresser. What I find important: the second staircase to the attic. I am not so good with the sections, but you should have some standing space. Unfortunately, I did not manage to place the kitchen in the south. The room in the north just lent itself to the kitchen, and I also see no disadvantage now, since tomatoes and other vegetables in the south shrivel earlier anyway - there is enough light... and if the children are outside in the garden anyway, they should have a short way to the fridge rather than having to walk through the living room and disturb others. The terrain must of course be adapted - slightly cut away at the sides, a retaining wall on the right, then raise the terrace a bit at the back...

That’s good enough.
And there are quite a few deviations from the "original draft," which makes for an exciting comparison.
