Of course, go ahead and insert the development plan here. Maybe additional opportunities will arise.

The consultation is still pending. We haven't even signed the contract with this company yet. Once that happens, we will move on to concrete planning. Is something amiss? I have the impression that quite a lot has been done for us free of charge so far, even though we haven't signed anything yet. Therefore, we actually feel quite well taken care of by the general contractor. We were also able to speak with a few former clients who were very satisfied. We now want to buy the plot and sign the house contract within the next two weeks, and then it will become more concrete. So, here is this for now. I have to prepare the development plan accordingly tomorrow

for example so that one can "check" the facts to see what sense such proposals make. Five half stories could bring the solution closer here.
What do the development plan (textual provisions) and possibly a tree ordinance of the municipality say about felling?
So far, a plan has been drawn in by you, simplified, so to speak, by subtracting the wall thickness from the width of the children's rooms. That is not a great achievement; and exactly this nonsense is what they would build for you.

Then please translate the development plan for me if it is complete and

Please provide more about the possible appearance and financial limits.

(City villa or also creatively other roofs, if allowed, approved)

If I have missed something: send it again

According to the municipality, the tree can be cut down. We have it in writing. I hope everything important is included. I will now read the regulations on the topic of trees.

Aha. Then I guess I have to look for this DIN. According to the office, we are only required not to fell trees over the summer if the construction measures allow it.
