I would rotate the shower and put a wall between the shower and the bathtub. Naturally, present the bathtub nicely - with shelves all around. Then put a pivot door in front of the shower.
Far better to have a folding shower door installed that can be folded away to the right and left.
Folded away where — partly in front of the window? — possibly this could create some freedom by installing this shower door directly at the head end of the tub. I am tempted to imagine a kind of folding screen.
I would first plan the bathtub, then separate the shower with a fixed glass panel from the top of the plan, then possibly also a piece of fixed glass panel and then a hinged door that also opens inward. Depending on how much space there is in the upper area of the plan, the hinged door can also be a folding door, so that it can be opened inward more easily after showering. Saves drops in front of the shower. I also have such a fold-hinged door myself.
