I played around and killed some time. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied, but I still want to post the sketches because I have no more time.

Please note that this program is unfortunately very simple, so the sketches should be viewed accordingly.
On the ground floor, room 4 has the smallest area with about 10.4 sqm, room 3 has 13.8 sqm.
Actually, I wanted to depict room 5 as the largest so that it could be autonomous as a practice? or something like that with the guest WC. The rear hallway area could be separated later.
Somehow I feel there is not enough space. The laundry room would be combined with the heating, but there is hardly any storage space. Under the stairs there is just enough space for a wardrobe. Upstairs there is a storage room and a retreat area.
Unfortunately, everything seems just lined up; I don’t like that.
I first tried space-saving stairs, but since a long hallway is needed anyway for access to the many rooms, the slim staircase fits better.
The measurements I can give are: beds 90 x 200, windows are 150 cm wide, the two large ones are 3 meters.

Maybe there is one or two ideas in there; at least it gives an impression of your room program.
Overall it has 185 sqm, but I don’t know how the program calculates. Walls are made of cardboard anyway, 10 cm thick.

Cheers, Yvonne

Yes, I find your hand drawings better.

What I particularly don’t like about such programs are the entries of the "centimeter-accurate" measurements, which give the whole thing something supposedly concrete, even though it is still a sketch and, for example, 3.29 m bathroom width hardly seriously means that it should not simply be "about 3.3 m." A layperson looking at it might easily think that this has a special meaning and must be "exactly like that."

There are no measurements... I wrote that.
The ones present only serve to illustrate the scale with which it was drawn at all.
It does not serve any reader or OP to place rooms next to each other and then simply overlook that one is in the 250 sqm range while planning 180 sqm. And somehow you need certain measurements to even see what is possible and what is not.
The sketch in the opening thread simply does not work if walls are still going to be built.

Oh, you just think of adding a meter (well, one twenty) and then it fits.

No, then it doesn't fit anymore - with a width limit of 11.35!

Many thanks ypg! You really put in a lot of work! I think I'll print it out tomorrow and look through it carefully on paper! Furnished is of course great, you get a better impression that way!

About my drawing: the exterior walls will be 36cm plus about three times 20cm interior walls. So about 1.4m. So the house really can't be 10m wide with the allowed 11.35m, but 5cm less. But I thought I wouldn't be that precise and leave that to the architect . And if you don't put it directly at the front of the building window, it can even be a bit wider.
