I would have the lighting switched separately from the corner on the right (on the wall of the washbasin). I would have the main ceiling lighting dimmable (it is more pleasant when bathing). For the shower, you need a bit more light, so no dimming (as already mentioned: unless you have it to spare). I would do without wall spots, as they take up some space in the shower anyway.
I would also rather not install the Up-Down-Lights in the shower.
On the one hand, because they take up space, as ypg already mentioned - on the other hand, I would probably hit them now and then with my head or hands while showering...
So I also have a walk-in closet and only one 35W halogen spot above it... that is completely sufficient... also dims better than the LED stuff... and has a more pleasant light color
What would you think about two 5.5 W LEDs without dimming?
Mounted maybe centrally at 25 cm (so that it is not directly above the rain shower) and at 1 m?
Or rather 2 side by side at 80 cm? But then I would worry again that you would be "standing in your own light" and there would be no light by the shower...
Or would 2 of those be too dim?
