Can the door be made to open outward? Then you don’t “fall” so much against the first sanitary fixtures.

One could also rotate the washbasin by 90 degrees and could then even install a 2 m high wall cabinet between the toilet and the washbasin.

Ideally, a toilet should have 30 cm on the left and right. I would consider 25 cm minimum here. However, for details, one should wait for the OP's response ;)

Ideally, you don't have to squeeze so much into a small room with a large window and sloping ceiling :) I simply assumed the room length is 2.50 m - 100 cm for the shower and partition wall, leaving 150 cm, of which 50 cm is for the shelf to the right of the washbasin and 100 cm for the toilet. It's of course tight. I would forgo the bathtub. If the shower is large, you can bridge the time for small children with bathtub inserts for the shower. Or use a bathtub for showering.

Or maybe like this? Although I would use part of the knee wall for built-in cabinets with a depth of 40 cm.
