Here you go - that's why the problem seems familiar to me ...

Walls would be possible, but they take up at least 15 cm of space. Yes, because of the lighting conditions, we wanted glass at the top.
We could also warm up to a stylish shower enclosure made entirely of glass, but unfortunately we haven't found anything suitable yet. I find adhesive film unappealing.
A bricklayer downstairs would also have the advantage that we could place shower gel, shampoo, etc. on top. Otherwise, we have no storage options. Although drywall and shelves are still planned for the wall, they are supposed to be very expensive.

Then you should first consider what you want :-)

Above, it sounded as if it were no longer possible. That walls don’t take up little space should actually be known. And what is "Stylish" for you? There are now these loft glass partitions for the shower. But honestly, less is sometimes more :-)

In the wall, you can also have the entire shampoo shelf recessed. That’s great.

As for the light, you can put a spotlight directly above.

We have a complete glass wall. I don't want it any other way. It looks light and enough light comes through. It's just glass, I only have a small design on the side, so that even the inattentive don't run into it :;)

It gets dark even at 130cm. With a washbasin about 85cm high, exactly where you handle things. I would opt for a continuous glass wall with a horizontal frosted stripe… there are alternatives for shower gel and co. Or can something still be changed in the furniture? Swap bathtub for shower?
