Oh, sorry - that probably came across wrong: the technical room and guest WC face north and towards the "large houses". The living room, guest room and bedroom on the upper floor face the beautiful garden to the south :)
Again,
the technical room and guest room are oriented to the southwest/west. The utility room on the upper floor as well. And the garage is also in the best spot.
Yes, with the 5 meters (for the garage you said 3 meters would be enough), you have to tweak a bit, but I can make the west side freer in the sketches (which I initially oriented north for myself). South is great, of course, but working people only benefit from it on weekends. Therefore, it would be nice to also have some from the west. For me, the kitchen is pushed into the (north) tight spot; present in this house are the technical room, office, and WC. One should avoid the WC opening into the dining area. A south-facing window in the bedroom is not a pleasure either. Also, the bedroom serving as a through room does not exactly make those seeking peace happy when their partner is already rummaging around.
You can always distribute criticism. Here's a suggestion for a house for two: same room program, same external dimensions. The requested staircase...
Since I’m on the iPad, I’ll save the dimension chain and detailed explanations here.
Advantages: open to south and west, including terrace, open floor plan, thus light. Many windows, yet placed thoughtfully. Covered entrance.
If you move the garage one meter forward, you could swap the technical room with the WC. Both have advantages.
Disadvantage: light in the living room in the evening. When watching TV, the shutters probably have to be lowered. Shrubs provide privacy towards the street.
By the way: the staircase could also be rotated :)
