That only applies to new buildings. There is still a lot of old stock, which is also rented cheaper, even with 4 or 5 rooms. However, I must admit that you have to search longer for this. I understand the idea that you want to have something of your own and are willing to make some sacrifices for it. However, I find the financing not unproblematic.
