Build a house. But you are only looking for confirmation to back out of the purchase. Also, you are afraid of change. What would you do?

As of today and already after RS, I expect costs of 6-8k with the notary.
That would be worth the bad feeling for me
I don’t find the wording appropriate. No one knows what will happen in x years. This topic simply has to be dealt with factually and without romance.
I would build the house and see it as a transitional object. Better the blind in bed than the deaf on the roof, or however the saying goes. Here you can actively shape something; the rest depends on too many factors you have no influence over.I went cycling there yesterday, today with the family on a playground near the construction site. It doesn’t help, zero. The idea of rather staying in our rental apartment and snapping up something in my parents’ settlement (where I grew up) if something becomes available has stuck with me since signing.... The advantage would be that the surroundings remain, the kindergarten remains, you know everything. Disadvantage: maybe nothing will become available there in the next few years or I won’t get it or the price train has left the station. What would you do? So purely regarding my current post?
Better the blind woman in bed than the deaf woman on the roof or whatever the saying is.
Notary fees, land registry and property transfer tax? Prepayment penalty for the bank (roughly 10% of the loan amount) and possibly compensation for the seller? Only 8000? Lucky you! I would have expected rather >= 50,000…as of today and already after RS, I expect costs of 6-8k with the notary. That would be worth the bad feeling to me
