I have thought about it, made compromises, created a pro/contra list, the "RIGHT" pros outweighed, the changeable cons, like the bathroom window etc., I have crossed out.

Maybe I'm exaggerating, maybe it will settle in a few days. I hope so. I just read in the contract that the land registers will only be created, probably when the entire row of terraced houses has been notarized. So maybe nothing will happen that quickly.

Nevertheless, I want to withdraw.

... and do not shy away from immense costs (20,000 euros). I want my "old" feeling back. But as I said, I'll let it sink in for now (loan agreements have not yet been signed)

Well then… Travelers - or here better said - the stagnant should not be stopped!

What was it then? The seeker? Or rather the dissatisfied?

Please take a short walk with your little one so you can get your mind off things... I know it’s already 8:00 PM, but he will surely be excited. You can definitely afford the reversal -->. I will now say something improper, but also significant: Your parents/grandparents, etc., all have houses, so money might come from that side as well. Just out of curiosity: What do you actually want to do with the stock portfolio (if I remember correctly) if you don’t have a house? Because when the child/children are grown, you won’t need a house anymore.

If you want to do that, no one here wants to stop you, because in the end only you have to pay the installment. But please no second thread in 14 days saying you have withdrawn and now want the house after all. The money for the notary and the agent will then be a lesson learned.

Those who have, have. But also here: don’t regret this money in 14 days when the initial fear from the original contract signing has subsided.
