121m2 including roof terrace and terrace, effectively 110m2 so the offer is not that good, but at the time of signing the lift-and-slide door it worked for me and we liked it except for a few flaws, narrow interior dimension (4.35m) no bathroom window despite corner house, no side windows, garden hedges are set differently due to building plans than how one would do it oneself, administrator over developer for 3 years and so on and so forth I made a pro and con list and crossed out the essential things, location and new development area then convinced me and the thought that there is nothing better anyway and prices keep rising anyway....... I know I’m repeating myself, but I think I would have felt better with 100,000 euros less loan and a mini garden in the settlement where I grew up

Then finally ask the seller! Back and forth and back and forth. Ask if he would even agree to the reversal and under what conditions. If he blocks, this way is closed anyway.

Unfortunately, it's 600km away from my place. It's going to be a long commute.

235k for 140 m2 new build? Haha! How do you come up with something like that?

Apart from the fact that the semi-detached house here is useless, I find something like that interesting. For the price, you get 100m2 of land in our region, if there even are any and they are not torpedoed by residents or the Greens.
