I know I’m repeating myself, but I think I would have felt better with 100,000 euros less loan and a mini garden in the settlement where I grew up

Then finally ask the seller! Back and forth and back and forth. Ask if he would even agree to the reversal and under what conditions. If he blocks, this way is closed anyway.

235k for 140 m2 new build? Haha! How do you come up with something like that?

Apart from the fact that the semi-detached house here is useless, I find something like that interesting. For the price, you get 100m2 of land in our region, if there even are any and they are not torpedoed by residents or the Greens.
