Actually, I don't usually join in on floor plan discussions because I think I don't know enough about this. But I somehow don't understand why you want a hallway area of about 24 m² with only 140 m² of living space. Can't the hallway be made smaller? The master bedroom and dressing room somehow look like they have been squeezed into the floor plan and seem quite narrow.

Thanks for the feedback. We have no comparison. Is 17% hallway a lot for a bungalow?

The bedroom and dressing room suit us as they are. It is only for sleeping etc. With this floor plan, we are limited in width. The plot is only 20 m wide. So 13.5 m width + 2x3 m distance to neighboring plots would already be great.

Ah, ok. I was missing the info regarding the plot width. But then, in my opinion, it is even less understandable why one would allocate 2.66m of the 13.50m width to the corridor.

Where is the southwest for you? What is the purpose of the U/T wall at the bottom left of the plan between the utility room + children's room and the corridor?

I feel similarly regarding the size of the hallway, without knowing if/how that could be changed. The hallway is already very large, plus the "side hallway." I don't know if 17% is okay, but in my opinion it seems too big compared to the other rooms, which are not very spacious overall. The dressing room is missing a few centimeters to fix the annoying corner (as already mentioned), the living area is not exactly huge. With 4 people, I would definitely at least put a "normal" shower in the guest WC. Basically, I really like bungalows and your floor plan doesn't seem bad for you (that alone is what counts) but these are things I would personally definitely want to change.

If you are not positioning the dressing room in front of the bedroom anyway, leave out the walls there. That is far too tight and takes up your wardrobe space.

I would go from the front door with two side panels to one with a maximum of one or no side panel. This would allow the hallway to become significantly narrower, which could benefit the living/dining-kitchen area, for example. 1m less hallway width would make a big difference here.
