But that certainly won’t be the last change.Why no sockets under the switch? In retrospect, I would have preferred more because we use them for vacuuming. That way, you don’t have to bend down. We also always plug in the drill, baby monitor, or other temporary devices there. So, we would really prefer to have more, and you don’t get any younger... And what I still don’t understand: bathroom with 2 double sockets? Is that actually a guest bathroom? We only had one in our old house, and even that one was NEVER used. For a guest bathroom, I would also find that too many. Overall, we have only a few more sockets than you plan in terms of quantity, but we have significantly more locations with sockets. For example, we have 10 sockets in the living/dining room but in 9 different spots (8 single and one double). So, in our case, there is certainly a socket nearby in every conceivable place. The case of "too few sockets" can actually not so easily occur with multi-socket adapters without cable clutter. We have significantly more switches than you, but of course, that depends on the floor plan. For example, downstairs in the hallway, we have 4 switches, and none of them are really dispensable. Overall, our contract stated the cost of each additional socket, and we were able to flexibly decide where sockets should go during the shell construction phase. That way, you can imagine it better than just on paper.
Yes. The lift-and-slide door 3m is included in the offer. We consciously don't want a door to the kitchen. Preferably one more cupboard. Maybe a side-by-side fridge will go there. Carry the groceries to the second floor, so that will be a real relief.The argument with the sockets makes sense. But I would need 4-5 switches there rather. What I don't understand: Why is there no door between the hallway and the kitchen? You have to carry all the groceries a long way. And are the sliding doors included in the offer? Otherwise, calculate a proper extra charge. We would have liked to have them too, but that was just too expensive for us :-(
