Is it normal that everything is progressing so slowly at the moment? We sent our desired house installation to the planner 2 weeks ago. She did not respond. When we inquired, she said that the CEO first has to prepare and send a planning contract so that she can continue working. We have already wondered why this has not happened long ago. After all, as an entrepreneur, I want to get my money quickly.

Yes, it is. And you can't do much except annoy. But you have to keep your nerves!
Yesterday our building permit finally arrived!

Congratulations. We agreed to start building with the general contractor over a month ago, and since then not much has happened. We lack transparency. At least they should call and make a plan about how, when, and what will be done. Something similar to the construction process. We will inform the general contractor that we need a schedule, otherwise we fear that weeks will pass without anything happening after signing. Without that, we will not sign the planning contract.

That all takes time. He also has to plan and see how he can realize your project. They never call you anyway. If so, you have to take care of it. They only call if an invoice has not been paid. But it's like that everywhere.

That’s why I want a schedule for the planning phase. I’m not in the mood to chase after everything.

Schedule? What exactly do you mean by that?
