So from my GÜ I received a surcharge offer of just under 13,000 EUR for 150 m² of living space from Q2 to painter's fleece + painted. It was too expensive for me. I hope to get it for half the price and am considering doing it myself.

Then I'll budget 10,000 € for the walls.

We had from the general contractor, count on 10K€, had planned EL, and 4 weeks before painter scheduled in My...mer with an appointment, and 2 regional companies for inspection, and awarded the contract with material and tools, they finished in one week with 2 men

We did not put up with the almost 6m height, we just wanted to check what it costs and were surprised how inexpensive it is, we would have needed 3 weeks. It needs to be clarified whether before or after the tile installer, we had planned before

So our offer for painting at Q2 plaster was 10k for about 170WF. We ultimately paid 2k for paint/materials and 4k to have the 4 (concrete) ceilings filled and painted. Then the three of us took a week to paint the walls twice, which saved us about 4k. However, I am not sure if the basement was even included in the offer, and it is now painted as well. On the other hand, some things are not 100 percent perfect because the painter can probably do the filling a bit better than we can.
