Thanks for the effort. I will fill out the info sheet today. Here are our changes to the existing draft.

1. One side part of the door is removed -> kitchen/living room becomes wider
2. Corners below the dressing room are removed.
3. The corner at child 2 remains, a built-in wardrobe is planned there. The right wall should be shorter.
4. Fireplace is moved downward.

I really find the children’s/sleeping/bathroom and dressing area quite good now. However, I still don’t like this U-/T-wall. But it seems you are attached to it. So, okay.

The living and cooking area still feels very narrow. In addition, in my opinion, the arrangement of the windows is not right. I would definitely include a window above the long kitchen counter in the kitchen. Also, the placement of the couch is very unfortunate. This way, the beautiful view of the terrace and the garden is partially blocked by the sofa and gives the impression that the sofa was squeezed into the corner because there is no other space for it (which unfortunately is true). Ultimately, it will be very difficult to furnish the “living corridor” sensibly.

The issues mentioned will be discussed again in the detailed planning with the architect. A built-in wardrobe will be integrated into the U/T-wall. The location of the windows as well. Thank you very much for the suggestion regarding the hallway.

Now also move the fixed panel of the front door to the other side.

One should really plan a practical kitchen there ... as an L shape, you have about 650 cm of kitchen countertop without the corner and a large dance floor in the middle.

For the entrance door, I would either change the hinge side or move the side panel to the right side according to the plan.

I still find 3m of usable cabinets for a parent area of almost 20 sqm to be too little.
