We are planning to build in 2022; the planning begins

We have now decided on KB Brandis, even though they are a bit more expensive. : write to me at ybias1978@gmail.com (it is an old address) we can exchange some ideas.

We confirmed KB Brandis yesterday. In about 2 weeks there will be an architect meeting for detailed planning. Over the weekend we will sit down again and plan all rooms individually and formulate our additional wishes (ceiling spotlights -> lowering the ceiling, possibly smart home, nice front door, etc.). We are currently at a house price (excluding additional construction costs) of €310,000. Additionally, we are planning about €15,000 for floors and painting. This means we still have a reserve for upgrades of about €30,000.

What do you think? Are all the connections included or is something missing?

Doesn't look too bad in terms of quantity. Only you can know if the sockets will be enough for you. But better to have 2 too many than 1 too few. The burn points fit for standard ceiling lamps, but if you want spots, strips, or wall lamps, of course not. I don't understand the Cat 6 and Cat 7 mix. I would have everything done with Cat 7.

I don't understand the mix either, but Cat6 is more practical for sockets, Cat7 is no longer Western and therefore less compatible (the cables are not affected by this problem).

Cat 7 does have its own connectors, but the sockets are backwards compatible with RJ45, as far as I know. So there would be nothing against it. Cat 6 sockets with Cat 7 cables also work and at least that is what I would do. The cables would then be somewhat better shielded than with Cat 6 and also a bit more future-proof.
