He says he gives an 8-month construction time guarantee. What I like about him is that he lists all his construction sites on the website.

So we chose the general contractor who responded quickly. He had said beforehand that the offer would come in 1.5 weeks and it did. Questions were answered immediately. With two others, there was always nothing for ages. We did not regret the decision because there were so many "little problems" during the construction phase, but they were always resolved immediately. I wouldn’t have wanted to be left hanging in the air every time...

And I don’t quite see the construction time that way. We had a builder who said he would be finished in 8 months. The people in the village/construction area also speculate that simply the parquet floor would be laid on the wet screed if time is not enough.... Our general contractor ultimately took 12 months, which we didn’t find exactly great time-wise either, but better than mold.

Does anyone have experience with how much painting work for the Q2 plaster for approximately 100 m2 might cost?

100 m² of living area or wall surface?
And what exactly should be done?
Just sanding, filling, and painting?
Painter's fleece? Wallpapering?

Some wallpapering. Definitely sanding too. It's "only" Q2 interior plaster. Mostly painting. It's 100 m² living area with 2.80m ceiling height.
